Objectives
- Provide PMO support to client's Belfast Supply Chain Quality activities, supporting the management, improvement, governance and digitalisation of procurement and supplier performance processes.
- The mission aims to:
- Support project and portfolio management activities, including project governance, communication, reporting and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate process improvement initiatives through process mapping, documentation, maturity assessments, audit preparation and corrective action management.
- Develop and maintain supplier performance management frameworks, dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to support operational decision-making.
- Support supplier segmentation activities, including data preparation, segmentation campaigns, user support and continuous improvement of segmentation methodologies.
- Maintain supplier mapping activities, ensuring supplier data quality, reporting, alerts, communication and stakeholder visibility across the supply chain.
- Contribute to supply chain digitalisation initiatives through data analytics, dashboard development, automation, business intelligence and digital solution deployment.
- Support supplier compliance activities, including product compliance, POA compliance, supplier assessments, corrective actions and regulatory adherence.
- Manage supplier risk activities by identifying, assessing, tracking and mitigating supplier risks, supporting ramp-up readiness and business continuity.
- Produce data-driven analysis and visualisation tools to support supply chain resilience, shortage management, crisis task forces and procurement decision-making.
- Establish and maintain governance routines, KPI reporting and performance reviews to ensure effective delivery of Supply Chain Quality objectives.
- Provide regular stakeholder communication, reporting and progress reviews to client's Procurement and Supply Chain Quality leadership.
