Your Role:
You will be attached to the Quality Department of our client, a leading industrial contractor, and will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of Work Packages delivered by subcontractors per customer requirements.
Your tasks will include:
- Participating in subcontractor selection: supporting tenders, pre-evaluating subcontractors, and planning quality system audits.
- Qualifying subcontractors: conducting process audits, following corrective actions, analyzing quality plans, and verifying subcontracted Work Package qualifications.
- Monitoring subcontractors: analyzing and summarizing quality indicators, conducting renewal qualification audits.
What We Are Looking For:
- Engineering degree or master\’s degree.
- Extensive experience in suppliers auditing (Aerospace)
- Valid Lead Auditor (AS9100) Certification.
- 5 years of experience Minimum
- Knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, SPC) in production or assembly.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Open to 3-4 days onsite a week, in Belfast or Prestwick (Scotland)
- Open to Travel to other sites in UK.
