Role Introduction Concierge First secures Business and First Class flights at a significant discount to the cash price online — and sells them to high-net-worth individuals who already want to fly up front. As an Outbound Sales Representative , you are the engine of new revenue. You'll open cold conversations with HNW prospects and prospective B2B partners, turn them into qualified flight requests, and close them into booked, paid travel. Represent a genuinely desirable product — discounted luxury travel — using product knowledge and prospect research to show buyers exactly how much they save. Generate your own pipeline through proactive outbound (cold calls, DMs, email), opening both net-new direct HNW clients and recurring B2B partner accounts. You can create your own pipeline — you'll pick up the phone and start conversations cold. You have existing sales experience (outbound or phone sales a strong plus). You want to work alongside A-players only and be rewarded purely on performance. You want the flexibility and freedom to work fully remote. Build and maintain your own lead lists of HNW prospects and potential B2B partners. Run high-volume, high-quality outbound — cold calls, DMs and email — using our proven scripts and frameworks. Identify each prospect's travel needs and present the right premium-cabin solution. Land and farm recurring B2B accounts that send repeat booking volume. Manage your full pipeline in our CRM and keep your follow-ups tight. Report weekly, monthly and quarterly results to your Sales Manager. Prior sales experience (outbound, cold calling or high-ticket phone sales preferred). A genuine desire to grow and move up within a high-performing sales organisation. Self-discipline and reliability across a remote, self-managed schedule. Experience as an SDR / BDR or outbound closer with a track record of hitting quota. Comfort selling to high-net-worth or premium customers. Strong months unlock cash accelerator bonuses on top.
