Global Project Delivery | Capital Equipment & Plant Installations
Location: Northern Ireland (Hybrid)
Travel: UK, Ireland & Europe
CFlo is expanding its European operations and is seeking a Head of Operations & Project Delivery to lead the delivery of global projects and establish scalable operational processes. This role suits someone who thrives in hands-on leadership, enjoys building structure, and wants full ownership of project delivery and customer experience.
The Role
- Take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery - from order handover through installation, commissioning and long-term aftercare - while building the operational backbone of CFlo's European business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading delivery of capital equipment and plant installation projects across Europe and global markets
- Acting as senior point of contact for customers post-sale
- Coordinating engineering, manufacturing, logistics, contractors and commissioning teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification
- Establishing aftersales, spares and service processes in Europe
- Designing scalable operational systems to support future growth
What We're Looking For
- Senior operations or project delivery experience within industrial equipment or process plants
- Background in mining, recycling, aggregates, materials handling or heavy engineering
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder international projects
- Strong client-facing leadership and communication skills
- Builder mentality - comfortable in scale-up environments
