The Mission

  • Own the flow from sale → delivery → cash.
  • Build lean, scalable operations that support growth from ÂŁ6m to ÂŁ10m.
  • Make the business operationally calm, predictable and commercially tight.
  • Free up the Visionary, Integrator, Sales and Technical leaders to operate in their unique ability.

What You’ll Actually Own

  • Post-sale delivery flow (handover → completion)
  • Project coordination & scheduling
  • CRM hygiene & quote loading discipline
  • Supplier & subcontractor relationships
  • Operational process improvement (Lean / 2 Second Lean mindset)
  • Weekly EOS operational scorecard
  • Capacity & pipeline control
  • Cash flow awareness & commercial flow
