The Mission
- Own the flow from sale → delivery → cash.
- Build lean, scalable operations that support growth from ÂŁ6m to ÂŁ10m.
- Make the business operationally calm, predictable and commercially tight.
- Free up the Visionary, Integrator, Sales and Technical leaders to operate in their unique ability.
- This role exists to execute the vision - not observe it.
What You’ll Actually Own
- Post-sale delivery flow (handover → completion)
- Project coordination & scheduling
- CRM hygiene & quote loading discipline
- Supplier & subcontractor relationships
- Operational process improvement (Lean / 2 Second Lean mindset)
- Weekly EOS operational scorecard
- Capacity & pipeline control
- Cash flow awareness & commercial flow
