We\’re recruiting for a leading manufacturer of electrical control panels supplying industries across automation, engineering, and beyond. They\’re expanding – and need a proactive Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to keep operations running smoothly.
Based in Carrickmore, this is a fantastic chance to join a thriving company in a stable, part-time role (Monday-Wednesday, 8:00am-5:30pm) with excellent perks.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the purchase ledger (Livecosts & Sage)
- Manage calls, emails and general office admin with confidence
- Keep projects on track – from schedules to job orders
- Handle supplier purchasing and inventory records
- Support with invoices, payroll, pension and CIS
- Oversee shipping and logistics paperwork
- Collaborate with production, sales and engineering teams
Qualifications
- Admin/accounts experience (manufacturing/industrial/construction a plus)
- Strong payroll and CIS knowledge
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Sage is a bonus)
- Organised, detail-driven and able to multitask
- A strong communicator who gets things done
