We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the home improvement sector, known for their five-star customer service, and we’re looking for someone to join their team as a Surveyor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your week, meet clients on-site, and play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are scoped, priced, and delivered accurately – first time, every time.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and managing your own calendar of property surveys, spread across five working days.
- Conducting detailed site visits, capturing all relevant data, photos and video to support successful installation.
- Ensuring surveys meet client expectations, profitability guidelines, health & safety standards, and installation feasibility.
- Uploading data and reports using the company CRM and communicating with the wider sales and operations teams.
- Identifying potential upsell opportunities and client-specific considerations that improve service delivery.
- Supporting business development efforts through trade shows, virtual surveys, and collaborative team support.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Surveyor or related technical field-based role.
- Strong planning and time management skills – someone who can work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence using digital tools like CRM systems, video uploads, and mobile technology.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and select ROI areas.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend work.
