The Specialist Group is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the commercial delivery of high-quality joinery and fit-out projects, working alongside project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.
The Role
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects from contract award through to final account, ensuring strong cost control and commercial performance throughout.
- Managing project costs and budgets.
- Handling variations and change management.
- Procurement and management of subcontractors.
- Preparing and reviewing project cost reports.
- Providing commercial support to project teams.
- Negotiating final accounts.
