We are recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading manufacturer of hard landscaping and building products, known for innovation, sustainability, and quality. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of regional growth—working with housebuilders, contractors, merchants, and specifiers to drive sales and make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Securing high-value orders across a wide product portfolio including paving, walling, and landscaping solutions.
- Developing and strengthening relationships with Tier 1 contractors, groundworkers, housebuilders, and civil/builders’ merchants.
- Collaborating closely with a Regional Specification Manager to convert project specifications into orders.
- Managing your pipeline and customer interactions through a structured CRM process.
- Identifying opportunities with underperforming or untapped accounts.
- Partnering with internal teams (credit control, logistics, technical) to deliver best-in-class customer service.
- Contributing to marketing ideas and using platforms like LinkedIn to boost brand visibility in your region.
