The Opportunity

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Monitor performance, analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growthCreate a positive, collaborative and high-performance team culture
• Deliver regular training and development across sales techniques and product knowledge
• Build strong customer relationships and drive customer loyalty
• Work closely with other departments to achieve wider business objectives
• Support recruitment and the continued growth of the sales team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, commercially-minded leader with experience in automotive sales, retail management or a similar environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in sales or retail management
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• A track record of coaching and developing teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, positive and results-driven approach
• Strong knowledge of the motor industry
• Experience using DMS systems and MS Office
• A full UK driving licence
