It will suit someone who enjoys being close to the business β providing practical HR support day-to-day while also developing the people processes, systems and initiatives required to support a growing organisation. /p p Key areas of responsibility will include: /p ul li Providing practical HR advice, guidance and coaching to managers and employees across the Group. /li li Supporting employee relations, performance management, absence, probation and other key people matters. /li li Leading workforce planning, recruitment and resourcing activity across the business. /li li Developing effective onboarding and employee experience processes. /li li Driving learning development, career pathways and succession planning. /li li Building future talent pipelines through apprenticeships, Higher Level Apprenticeships and partnerships with schools, colleges and universities. /li li Supporting employee engagement, communication and retention initiatives. /li li Developing and improving HR systems, processes, policies and people reporting. /li li Supporting salary benchmarking, progression and internal career opportunities. /li li Providing meaningful people insights and recommendations to the management team and Board. /li li Working with external HR, recruitment, coaching and development partners where specialist support is required. /li /ul p br /p p strong What Were Looking For /strong /p p Were looking for a capable and commercially minded People/HR professional who is comfortable taking ownership and operating with a high degree of autonomy. /p p Youll ideally bring: /p ul li At least strong 3 years experience /strong within a broad HR, People or Talent role. /li li CIPD Level 5 qualification, or currently working towards this level. /li li Strong generalist HR knowledge, including employee relations and performance management. /li li Experience of recruitment, resourcing and talent development. /li li The confidence to advise, coach and appropriately challenge managers and senior leaders. /li li Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills. /li li A proactive mindset with evidence of improving or implementing people processes and initiatives. /li li The ability to balance a positive employee experience with the commercial and operational needs of the business. /li /ul p Experience within strong manufacturing, construction, engineering, fit-out or another operational environment /strong would be advantageous, but is not essential. /p p br /p p strong Why This Opportunity? /strong /p p This isnt a role where youll simply inherit a mature HR function and maintain existing processes. /p p Specialist Group is continuing to grow and evolve, creating an opportunity for the successful person to have genuine influence over how the people function develops. /p p Youll have the autonomy to improve processes, introduce new ideas, develop managers, strengthen talent pipelines and help build the people infrastructure required to support the next stage of the Groups growth. /p p br /p p For someone who enjoys strong ownership, variety and the opportunity to make an impact /strong , this represents an exciting next step. /p p br /p p strong Interested? /strong /p p Apply through LinkedIn or contact strong ScaleX Talent Solutions /strong for a confidential conversation about the opportunity. /p
