The Opportunity

Some people thrive on bringing order to complexity. They're the people who spot the detail everyone else misses, keep projects moving, anticipate problems before they happen, and somehow make everything look effortless. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk. Simple Scaling is looking for an exceptional Operations Co-ordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our growing business. This isn't a traditional administration role. You'll play a key part in delivering world-class experiences for ambitious business owners by ensuring every workshop, programme, event and interaction runs seamlessly. From coordinating events and supporting participants to producing professional documentation and keeping multiple projects moving, you'll help create an experience that reflects the high standards we're known for. If you love organisation, enjoy variety, take genuine pride in delivering outstanding work and want to be part of a business that's helping entrepreneurs scale faster, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating workshops, events and programme logistics.
  • Managing participant onboarding, communications and scheduling.
  • Preparing professional presentations, reports and programme materials.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, trackers and shared resources.
  • Supporting diary management, task coordination and operational planning.
  • Attending live events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Following through on commitments and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Identifying opportunities to continually improve how we operate.

What we're looking for

We're far more interested in how you work than simply where you've worked. You'll likely be someone who:

  • Loves organisation and planning.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail.
  • Produces polished, professional documents and presentations.
  • Communicates confidently with a wide range of people.
  • Takes ownership and follows through without needing to be chased.
  • Remains calm under pressure and enjoys juggling multiple priorities.
  • Spots problems before they become problems.
  • Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Our values

At Simple Scaling, our values aren't words on a wall. They're how we work every day.

  • We Own It - We take responsibility, embrace challenges and deliver world-class work with precision, humility and purpose.
  • We Win Together - We support one another, celebrate success together and believe collaboration always beats individual brilliance.
  • We Are Unapologetically Ourselves - We value authenticity, continuous learning and the courage to challenge ourselves to achieve extraordinary outcomes.

Why join us?

You'll become part of a passionate, ambitious team that genuinely cares about helping businesses grow. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, your ideas will be valued, and you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on the experience of every client and participant we work with. If you're someone who gets genuine satisfaction from creating structure, solving problems and delivering exceptional experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help us deliver world-class experiences that help ambitious businesses scale.
