CFlo is building a global reputation for engineered wet-processing solutions. We are now appointing a Head of Engineering to act as the company’s global technical authority, leading design, compliance and solution development across international markets.
This is a senior leadership role with significant influence across sales, engineering and delivery.
The Role
As Head of Engineering, you will lead CFlo’s technical function, ensuring customer solutions are correctly designed, compliant with global standards, and commercially viable - while supporting growth across new markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading global technical design and engineering strategy
- Translating customer requirements into engineered, compliant, cost-effective solutions
- Reviewing and approving process flows, layouts, equipment specifications and performance guarantees
- Acting as technical authority during bids, tenders and customer engagements
- Ensuring compliance with UKCA, CE, UL, CSA and relevant global standards
- Supporting FAT, commissioning and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Process, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Senior engineering leadership experience in process plant design, bulk materials handling or industrial equipment
- Strong understanding of international compliance frameworks
- Experience working with cross-border engineering and manufacturing teams
- Commercially aware, pragmatic engineering leader
