A highly respected and long-established Northern Ireland law firm is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join its close-knit and growing team. This is a rare opportunity to take over an established caseload following the departure of a long-standing team member, offering immediate responsibility, autonomy, and a strong foundation to build upon.
The Role
- Lead on residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Handle commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant work
- Advise on commercial/corporate transactions
- Option to support across wills, probate, EPAs, or litigation (depending on experience/interest)
- Work closely with approachable, hands-on partners
- Play a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the firm
About You
- Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
- 4+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing
- Exposure to commercial property work
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently
- Excellent client communication and organisational skills
- Broader experience across commercial property, leases, or corporate work
- Exposure to litigation or private client matters (wills, probate, EPAs)
- Commercial awareness and an interest in mentoring or team development
