We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major joinery fit out projects for prestigious clients in London. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning : Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Client Liaison : Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Team Leadership : Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Quality Control : Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Reporting : Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the joinery fit out industry or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software.
