This is a key position within a well-established, large-scale industrial business with a strong UK and Ireland presence. At the heart of the operation is precision. Getting goods in right matters. This role is about being the person who keeps everything accurate, compliant, and flowing. From material receipt to stock control, you are the link between operations, systems, and reality on the ground.

What you’ll be doing (and what great looks like)
- Own the Goods In process: You ensure all incoming materials are received accurately, logged correctly, and meet required standards. No gaps, no errors, no delays.
- Keep stock clean and controlled: You support stock checks, resolve discrepancies, and maintain confidence in the system. Operations can trust the data because you own it.
- Be the admin engine of the warehouse: From documentation to labelling, scanning, and filing, you keep everything structured, compliant, and easy to access.
- Support daily operations flow: You liaise with the warehouse and operations team to keep work moving smoothly and efficiently.
- Learn and develop: You will gain exposure to logistics planning, including UK load movements, with full training provided.
