The Specialist Group is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the commercial delivery of high-quality joinery and fit-out projects, working alongside project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably. The Role
- Managing project costs and budgets
- Handling variations and change management
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Preparing and reviewing project cost reports
- Providing commercial support to project teams
