From material receipt to stock control, you are the link between operations, systems, and reality on the ground. What you’ll be doing (and what great looks like)
- Own the Goods In process: You ensure all incoming materials are received accurately, logged correctly, and meet required standards. No gaps, no errors, no delays.
- Keep stock clean and controlled: You support stock checks, resolve discrepancies, and maintain confidence in the system. Operations can trust the data because you own it.
- Be the admin engine of the warehouse: From documentation to labelling, scanning, and filing, you keep everything structured, compliant, and easy to access.
- Support daily operations flow: You liaise with the warehouse and operations team to keep work moving smoothly and efficiently.
- Learn and develop: You will gain exposure to logistics planning, including UK load movements, with full training provided.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in warehouse, goods in, stock control, or admin environment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using Excel and systems.
- Organised, methodical, and structured in your approach.
