With ambitious plans for the future, the business is looking for a Head of People & Culture who can help shape how the organisation performs through stronger leadership, clearer accountability, and a high-performance culture.
This is a genuine executive leadership opportunity reporting directly to the CEO and sitting as part of the Executive Leadership Team.

What We're Looking For

- Senior HR or People leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, industrial, or operational environments
- Experience operating at executive or senior leadership level

- Strong leadership coaching and stakeholder influencing skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of productivity, operational performance, and business outcomes
- Confidence challenging senior leaders and driving accountability
