CFlo is a fast-scaling engineering business delivering sustainable wet-processing solutions to the global recycling, aggregates and industrial materials markets. As we expand internationally, we’re now appointing a Head of Business Development to lead global revenue growth and partner strategy. This is a senior, entrepreneurial role — ideal for someone who wants ownership, influence, and the opportunity to shape how a business grows internationally.
The Role
As Head of Business Development, you will take responsibility for developing new markets, building strategic regional partnerships, and positioning CFlo as a trusted global partner. You’ll work closely with Engineering and Operations to convert opportunities into technically credible, deliverable projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning global business development strategy across CFlo’s strategic regions
- Identifying, securing and closing new projects across recycling, aggregates and industrial sectors
- Building and supporting a small number of high-quality regional dealer and delivery partners
- Managing the full sales lifecycle for capital equipment and turnkey projects
- Developing pipeline visibility, pricing strategy and commercial structures
- Feeding market insight into engineering and operational planning
What We’re Looking For
- Senior B2B sales leadership experience in process plants, materials handling, recycling, aggregates, mining or heavy industry
- Strong track record selling capital equipment or turnkey solutions
- Deep industry network and credibility with decision-makers
- Comfortable operating autonomously in new markets
- Willingness to travel internationally
