Electrical Site Engineer

Industrial Projects | International Travel | Long-Term Career Growth

If you’re reading this, you probably don’t need another standard electrical job. You’ve likely already worked on installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, or complex industrial systems, and maybe you’re now looking for something that feels like progression, not just another site. This role is different.

We’re hiring an Electrical Site Engineer to join a specialist team delivering technically interesting projects locally and globally, from Europe to North America and beyond. This is for someone who enjoys being hands-on, problem solving on site, and seeing projects through from install to commissioning.

Why this role stands out
  • Work on real industrial and commercial systems - not repetitive domestic installs
  • Opportunity for fully expensed international travel (Canada, USA, Australia, Europe)
  • Strong team culture - experienced engineers who back each other
  • Structured work patterns with early finish Fridays
  • Business investing in people and long-term capability, not short-term fixes
What you’ll be doing
  • Electrical installation, testing & commissioning on live projects
  • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical schematics
  • Diagnosing faults and providing practical on-site solutions
  • Collaborating closely with engineering and project teams
  • Supporting safe, high-quality project delivery standards
What matters most

This isn’t about ticking every box - it’s about mindset. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Takes pride in their workmanship
  • Can think independently on site
  • Enjoys variety and technical challenge
  • Communicates well with clients and teammates
  • Wants to keep learning and developing

Industrial, control panel, or automation experience is valuable - but attitude and adaptability carry serious weight here.
