A well-established and growing engineering manufacturer based in Carrickmore is looking to bring in an organised, proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and help keep projects, suppliers and documentation flowing smoothly. This is a position where you will work closely with production, engineering and leadership, giving you real visibility across how the business operates. This is a part-time Administrator position, working Monday to Wednesday (8am–5:30pm) as part of a job share arrangement. You will play an important role in supporting office operations, coordinating information across teams and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing office administration and handling incoming calls and emails
- Maintaining purchase orders, deliveries and supplier documentation
- Supporting purchasing and inventory record management
- Processing invoices and maintaining financial records
- Assisting with production scheduling, job tracking and documentation
- Managing shipping paperwork and logistics administration
- Supporting the wider team with general office coordination
You will work closely with colleagues across production, sales and engineering, helping ensure projects move smoothly through the business.
