A well-established and growing engineering manufacturer based in Carrickmore is looking to bring in an organised, proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and help keep projects, suppliers and documentation flowing smoothly. This is a position where you will work closely with production, engineering and leadership, giving you real visibility across how the business operates. This is a part-time Administrator position, working Monday to Wednesday (8am–5:30pm) as part of a job share arrangement. You will play an important role in supporting office operations, coordinating information across teams and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing office administration and handling incoming calls and emails
  • Maintaining purchase orders, deliveries and supplier documentation
  • Supporting purchasing and inventory record management
  • Processing invoices and maintaining financial records
  • Assisting with production scheduling, job tracking and documentation
  • Managing shipping paperwork and logistics administration
  • Supporting the wider team with general office coordination

You will work closely with colleagues across production, sales and engineering, helping ensure projects move smoothly through the business.

You may currently work in an administration, office coordination or business support role, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment. Experience with the following would be beneficial:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Working in a busy SME office environment
  • Managing documentation and administrative processes
  • Sage or similar systems would be advantageous
