We are currently recruiting for a UX Designer to join a tech for good business based in Bristol, who are helping thousands of people across the UK. This UX Designer position will see you helping to shape intuitive, scalable, user-centred experiences across a range of B2B SaaS products.

You will be working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders within an agile environment.

To be considered for this UX Designer role you must have:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience within UX.
  • Experience in complex B2B workflows.
  • Confidence advocating for user research.
  • Comfort designing within established design systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.

What You’ll Do:

  • UX design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to iteration.
  • Plan, conduct, and synthesise user research and usability testing.
  • Translate user, business, and technical needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Design complex, data-heavy, role-based B2B experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house developers and product managers in an agile setup.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in UX, Product Design, or a related role.
  • Proven experience designing B2B SaaS products and complex workflows.
  • Strong user research and usability testing experience.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and inclusive design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.

This UX Designer position is paying up to £50,000. You will also benefit from a bonus of up to 20% and 29 days holiday.
