What You Will Be Doing
- You will manage the full sales cycle, from first interaction to recruitment handoff.
- You will learn our industries, understand the unique needs of franchises, and build relationships with founders, business owners, and operators.
Core responsibilities:
- Prospecting through cold and warm calls, text, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
- Researching franchise brands and building organized target lists
- Conducting discovery calls and presenting solutions that align with their hiring needs
- Managing your pipeline, CRM entries, and follow-up sequences
- Handling objections, closing deals, and coordinating onboarding with recruiters
- Staying involved post-sale to ensure expectations are met
- Collaborating with marketing and web teams to optimize lead generation funnels
- Testing new tools, improving workflows, and bringing new ideas to the table
This role requires someone who can build as they go, not wait for a full playbook.
Who We Are Looking For

Must have:- Strong spoken English; confident communicating on calls and video
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and business owners
- Able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Understands sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline momentum
- Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented personality
- Someone who will ask questions, not wait to be told what to do
- Experience selling to U.S. markets
- Franchise or service-based business experience
- CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies
Compensation
- Base salary: $1,500 USD/month
- Performance bonus: $500 USD for each new client contract beyond the first contract closed each month
- Base remains $1,500 if minimum (1 new contract/month) is met
