We’re hiring for a Night Concierge to join a premium residential development in London, delivering a first‑class resident experience while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and service overnight. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in residential concierge, luxury hospitality, front of house, security, or high‑end customer service who enjoys working in a polished, resident‑focused environment.

The role will involve:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors
  • Delivering a warm, professional, and personalised concierge service
  • Handling resident enquiries, requests, deliveries, and complaints
  • Monitoring CCTV, access control, and building security systems
  • Managing keys, fobs, visitor access, and incident reporting
  • Conducting regular patrols and supporting emergency procedures
  • Coordinating maintenance issues and contractor access
  • Ensuring smooth handovers and accurate reporting between shifts

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Calm, professional, and confident overnight
  • Experienced in concierge, residential, hospitality, or security environments
  • Strong with communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using systems such as CCTV, access control, visitor management, and reporting tools
  • Service‑driven, reliable, proactive, and safety‑conscious
  • Eligible to work in the UK
