The Role:
We are looking for a Head of Analytics Engineering to lead a team of Engineers and work closely with key business units to help translate complex requirements into actionable data solutions. The Head of Analytics Engineering will play a key role in communicating insights with a focus on impact and enabling data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering teams to align analytics solutions in line with business objectives and technical capabilities.
Responsibilities & Experience
- Leadership & Strategy - Defining and owning the technical vision and strategy for Analytics & Engineering ensuring alignment with our partners business objectives.
- Show strategic ownership, set direction and drive alignment and measurable outcomes across group level.
- Extensive experience leading teams of senior engineers, with a track record of scaling high-performing analytics engineering teams.
- Exceptional communicator with proven senior stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience with modern analytics engineering (DBT, Snowflake, Fivetran or equivalent) and can provide strong technical oversight without being hands-on day-to-day.
- Working knowledge of semantic layers and understand how they underpin reliable, consistent data access, including enabling AI tooling.
