We are working with an established and growing technology services business looking to hire a Client Relations Team Supervisor to join their team in Ware.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service, administration and operations who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating multiple priorities and supporting a busy client-facing team.
The role:
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Coordinate customer queries, service calls, engineer visits and installations
• Support customer onboarding, contracts, billing and pricing administration
• Manage shared inboxes and ensure actions are followed through to resolution
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment and contract information across internal systems
• Support and cross-train team members to ensure strong coverage across the department
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service standards
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Service, Engineering and Operations
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience in customer service, client relations or a similar operational role
• Strong organisation and excellent attention to detail
• Confident telephone xiskglj and written communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Experience using CRM, database or operational systems
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
• Someone comfortable taking responsibility and helping support the wider team
