Were hiring for a growing technology services business looking for an organised, personable Client Operations Specialist to become a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams.
This is a varied position where youll support multiple departments and help keep everything running smoothly from handling customer enquiries through to coordinating installations, equipment and service requests.
What youll be doing:
Acting as a first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Handling customer enquiries and making sure issues are followed through to resolution
Coordinating engineer visits, installations, collections and equipment movements
Liaising with customers, suppliers and different internal departments
Managing shared inboxes and keeping customer information...
