Were hiring for a growing technology services business looking for an organised, personable
Client Operations Specialist to become a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams.
This is a varied position where youll support multiple departments and help keep everything running smoothly
from handling customer enquiries through to coordinating installations, equipment and service requests.
What youll be doing: Acting as a first point of contact for customers via
phone and email Handling customer enquiries and making sure issues are followed through to resolution Coordinating
engineer visits, installations, collections and equipment movements Liaising with customers, suppliers and different internal departments Managing shared inboxes and keeping customer information and records up to date Supporting new customer onboarding and processing new orders/deals Ordering equipment, parts and consumables Providing general administrative and operational support across the business
What were looking for: Around
12 years' experience
within customer service, administration or another phone-based role Confident and professional communication skills
both over the phone and via email Strong organisation and attention to detail Someone comfortable managing several tasks at the same time Friendly, proactive and happy speaking with customers, suppliers and colleagues Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly
Excel and Word CRM or database experience would be beneficial
