What You Will Be Doing:

  • Create personalized messaging to generate interest
  • Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, and social media to schedule meetings
  • Becoming an expert on how ScaleOps helps customers
  • Meticulously track and improve your outbound activity
  • Hitting daily KPIs for dials, meetings completed, and pipeline generated
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices

What You Bring Along:

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales and/or lead generation experience, with proven experience selling DevOps solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts
  • Experience with Cold Calling, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Orum, Salesforce, and Apollo
  • High degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks
  • Extremely coachable, open to receiving and implementing feedback
