Building CI/CD platforms from scratch (not just contributing to existing ones)
Custom actions (ideally in TypeScript)
Standardising CI/CD across multiple teams / repos / business units
Full-stack or backend engineering with “some CI/CD”
DevOps focused on infrastructure rather than developer experience + delivery platforms
TypeScript / Node.js
Influence how software is delivered at scale, not just contribute to it
Enjoys building systems that other engineers rely on daily
Wants to own and shape how software is delivered at scale
