Trivium Group is growing and we are looking for a Sales Executive to support our sales team and help us to build up our business activities.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should combine Amazon experience and knowledge of sales techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Responsibilities:- Generate new leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to consistently meet sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions by recommending our products or services that best meet their objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company’s CRM software.
- Proven experience in Sales Executive or relevant roles, ideally in the Amazon Service Agency is a must-have.
- Great understanding of Amazon seller business is a must-have.
- Passionate about sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive and winning presentations of our products/services.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets, desire to deliver results.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and other sales tools.

This will be a remotely administered position with an immediate starting date upon hire. Working hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
