Our client are a rapidly-growing consumer brand operating in the health and wellness space, scaling quickly across the UK with a strong direct-to-consumer model. What looks simple on the surface is powered by a complex operational engine behind the scenes and that’s where you come in. They're now at the stage where tightening processes, improving visibility, and building scalable systems really matters.
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who likes being in the detail and making sure things run smoothly. You’ll sit across supply chain, fulfilment, customer operations, and some financial admin - essentially keeping the business moving and spotting problems before they become real issues.
There’s no fixed playbook here. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, improve how things work, and build structure as they grow. If you love solving problems and improving efficiency, this could be the role for you. You’ll be working closely with the founder and operations manager to keep things running smoothly as they grow. Making sure orders flow properly, customers have a great experience, and the underlying processes keep pace with the scale.
What You’ll Be Doing...
- Supply Chain & Stock
- Managing purchase orders from creation through to delivery
- Keeping a close eye on stock levels and planning ahead
- Working directly with suppliers to keep timelines and quality on track
- Fulfilment & Logistics
- Acting as the main point of contact for warehouse/3PL partners
- Troubleshooting delivery or inventory issues
- Improving processes to reduce errors and delays
- Customer Operations
- Supporting the day-to-day running of customer support
- Identifying repeat issues and fixing root causes
- Improving workflows, templates, and tooling
- Finance Admin
- Tracking invoices, payments, and supplier costs
- Supporting cash flow visibility, especially around stock
- Keeping operational data accurate and up to date
- Process & Systems
- Documenting how things should work (and improving them)
- Building simple, scalable systems to support growth
What We’re Looking For...
- Need to have
- 1–3 years in operations, logistics, supply chain or similar
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC or consumer products is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational tools
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping things
- Nice to Have
- Exposure to inventory or ERP systems
- Experience in regulated or physical product environments
- Understanding of forecasting or demand planning
