As we continue our growth journey, we are seeking an experienced Division Director to build and lead a new specialist division within either: Healthcare, Life Sciences, Scientific or Technical Markets. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial recruitment leader to create, shape and scale a business unit with significant autonomy and support.

What We're Looking For
- A successful recruitment background within a consumer, healthcare, life sciences, scientific or technical sector
- A proven track record of business development and client acquisition
- Experience managing a recruitment desk with strong commercial performance
- Leadership capability, whether through formal management or mentoring experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to build a market-leading division
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability
