Scale Up Search | Harrogate
Scale Up Search is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our team in the heart of Harrogate. This role will be generating the long-term candidate pipeline for an established client.
You will be taking responsibility for an established account with a high-growth consumer goods client. Your focus will be on strengthening the relationship, understanding its hiring plans and delivering consistently strong recruitment outcomes across multiple assignments.
The role
You will:
- Manage and develop candidate relationships in respect to active roles.
- Lead recruitment assignments from briefing through to placement.
- Headhunt and engage high-quality candidates.
- Work towards building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Provide clear market insight, candidate feedback and recruitment advice.
- Maintain a strong pipeline across current and anticipated vacancies.
- Identify opportunities to expand the account through excellent delivery.
- Represent Scale Up Search with professionalism, urgency and commercial awareness.
What we are looking for
- A minimum of two years’ sales experience.
- Evidence of successfully managing client relationships and end to end recruitment process.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting capability.
- The confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
- The ability to manage multiple searches without compromising quality.
- A genuine interest in high-growth consumer goods businesses.
