Salary: £52,000 per annum (base rate) + enhancements (£25-£33.60 p/hr equivalent)

About Us
Met Medical is a growing, CQC-registered ambulance service run by healthcare professionals. We provide 999 services to the East of England Ambulance Service, alongside opportunities in repatriation and events.
We are seeking Senior Paramedics to join our frontline team in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role, providing advanced pre-hospital care while mentoring and supporting ECAs and EMTs.
The Role
- Respond to 999 emergencies, urgent calls, and inter-hospital transfers.
- Provide high-quality patient care, assessment, and treatment in line with scope of practice.
- Administer prescription and controlled drugs safely.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues, creating a culture of clinical excellence.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure patient confidentiality.

Requirements
- HCPC registered Paramedic.
- EU Driving Licence (max 3 points) + Emergency Ambulance Driving Certificate (IHCD, FutureQuals L3, etc).
- Evidence of CPD.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- (Desirable) C1 licence and 24+ months post-registration experience.
