- Social Media Content Creator (Graphic Design + Copywriting)
Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a UK-based marketing agency that works exclusively with recruitment companies.
They currently look after around 30 clients, helping them win new business, generate leads, and build their brands online.
Their social media team is growing, and they need a Social Media Content Creator who can take a post from idea to finished product: researching the topic, writing the copy, and designing the graphic.
You’ll be producing content for several recruitment brands at once, so you’ll need to be quick, organised, and able to switch between different brand voices without missing a beat.
This is a full-time, remote role with a clear weekly target and plenty of creative ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 60 social media posts per week across a portfolio of recruitment clients.
- Research topics that matter to each client’s audience, such as hiring trends, salary insights, candidate behaviour, and workplace news, and turn them into posts people actually want to read.
- Write captions and on-graphic copy that sound natural and match each client’s tone.
- Design clean, on-brand graphics, carousels, and visuals for each post.
- Use AI tools where they speed things up, then rework the output so the final copy and visuals feel original, human, and specific to the client.
- Keep content fresh and varied so no two client accounts look or sound the same.
- Organise your work using content calendars and batching so deadlines are met every week.
- Take feedback from the social media lead and apply it quickly.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience creating social media content, ideally in an agency handling multiple brands.
- Strong design skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma, with a portfolio that shows polished, original work.
- A confident writer in English who can write clearly, naturally, and without relying on filler or buzzwords.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Chat GPT or Claude as a starting point, and skilled at editing that output until it reads like a person wrote it.
- An eye for design that avoids the generic, template-heavy, or obviously AI-generated look.
- Fast and consistent, able to keep quality high while working at volume.
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing your own workload remotely.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or B2B marketing.
- A good feel for Linked In content, since it’s a key platform for recruitment brands.
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills for short reels.
- Familiarity with British spelling and tone.
- Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
