UK-based Company | Project Based | Remote
Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a growing, quality-focused hospitality company that manages serviced accommodation in London, United Kingdom. We are looking for a Guest Relations & Night Operations Specialist to deliver excellent guest service during UK evening hours and support the business with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and staff scheduling.
This role is for a polished, articulate professional who can represent the brand confidently to UK guests. Our client values service quality, reliability, and professionalism above all else. You will work closely with a supportive management team based in Europe, and there will be opportunities to grow your role as the business secures new contracts and expands.
Project Scope & Key Responsibilities:
Discovery & Planning
- Meet with the client to understand workflows, data, and reporting needs.
- Review the TMS’s API, data exports, and integration options.
- Propose a clear technical approach, timeline, and list of deliverables.
TMS to Claude Integration
- Connect the TMS to Claude using the Claude API, an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector, or another suitable method.
- Set up secure authentication and access controls, and manage API keys safely.
- Build workflows that let the team use Claude to query TMS data, summarise records, generate reports, or automate routine tasks.
- Test the integration for accuracy, reliability, and data privacy.
- Design and build a dashboard tailored to the client’s KPIs and daily operations.
- Connect live or scheduled data from the TMS to the dashboard.
- Create clear visuals, filters, and summary views for management and team members.
- Make sure the dashboard is user-friendly, accurate, and easy to maintain.
Documentation, Training & Handover
- Write clear technical and user documentation.
- Train the client’s team on using the integration and the dashboard.
- Provide post-launch support during an agreed stabilisation period.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with API integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, JSON) (required).
- Hands-on experience with the Claude API or other large language model APIs, such as OpenAI or Gemini.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent tooling is a strong advantage.
- Experience building dashboards with tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, Retool, or custom web frameworks.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
- Understanding of data security, access permissions, and privacy best practices (including GDPR awareness for UK and EU clients).
- Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-directed, organised, and able to deliver projects on agreed timelines.
- A portfolio of past integration or dashboard projects is highly preferred.
