Senior Marketing Specialist

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our growth marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with a skilled Digital Marketing Team—including SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and a Digital Marketing Manager—to drive measurable lead generation through SEO and paid media.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO and PPC campaigns (Google & LinkedIn) to achieve lead generation and acquisition goals.
• Optimise website performance, fix technical SEO issues, and improve site speed, structure, and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, backlink building, and CRO to enhance rankings and conversions.
• Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to maximise ROI and maintain strong ROAS.
• Oversee advertising budgets and analyse performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Generate regular performance reports for SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO, SEM, and digital growth.
• Manage, coach, and develop a small team to meet departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with intellectual property, cybersecurity, and brand standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or B2B Telecom/VoIP/IT environment.
• Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, and lead generation strategies.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, MOZ, Ahrefs, and Lead Tracking Tools.
• Proven experience managing paid and organic acquisition campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience mentoring or managing a team.
• Knowledge of UX, CRO, and website project launches is a plus.
