Scale Property Finance is building a brokerage focused on serious property developers and professional landlords. Our ambition is simple:
- To become the go-to strategic finance partner for high-growth developers
- To provide certainty on deals from day one based on hands-on property experience
- To access funding lines and preferential terms by building strong lender relationships
To do that, we need a Business Development Manager with genuine lender-side credibility and strong market presence.
The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the front of the business. You will:
- Generate and qualify mid-to-large scale property developers
- Build a dominant LinkedIn presence in the bridging finance and buy-to-let space
- Leverage lender-side expertise to identify and foster strong lender relationships
- Identify deals with high-growth clients before passing them to our internal advice and admin teams
This is about building influence, negotiating funding lines, and attracting serious developers.
Who We’re Looking For
You likely have:
- Lender-side experience (development finance, bridging, or BTL, ideally as a BDM)
- A deep understanding of how credit committees assess risk
- Fluency in GDV, LTGDV, planning risk, exit strategy structuring
- Existing relationships with property developers or portfolio landlords
- The confidence to speak commercially with experienced operators
- High personal output and strong self-management
Most importantly, you should thrive in a performance-led environment with uncapped upside.
Remuneration
20% Commission (uncapped). For the right person, this role also has significant headroom beyond year one.
