- The ‘Learn IT, Grow IT, Live IT’ Model
- Our structured two-year program is designed to take you from beginner to industry expert:
Learn IT (Training): Start with an online fundamentals course, followed by a 7-week core training intensive.
- You’ll explore various roles to find your fit before specialising in one of four streams:
- Change Management: (BA, Project Manager, Software Tester)
- Platform Engineering: (Dev Ops, AI, Cyber Security)
- Data Engineering: (Data & BI Analytics)
- Software Engineering: (Developer, Technical Tester)
Grow IT (Development): We fund your professional certifications and provide 1-to-1 mentoring to sharpen your specific skillset.
Live IT (Experience): Deploy to real-world projects with prestigious clients (Retail, Govt, Finance, etc.) across the UK.
You’ll receive financial and pastoral support if relocation is required.
