Scale Factory (formerly Ten10) is seeking a Test Manager to define and manage test strategies across the delivery lifecycle.
You’ll lead functional, performance, and automation efforts and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality releases.
In this hybrid role, you’ll plan test activities, drive risk-based testing, mentor teams, and oversee UAT, non-functional testing, and vendor relationships.
Experience in consultancy environments and Agile/Waterfall methods is desirable.
