Nestled within bustling central London in a beautiful HQ, this welcoming and collaborative studio is offering you the opportunity to work within an award-winning team, across highly publicised international hospitality projects, working heavily within design and conceptual stage. If you are an exceptionally strong designer, who understands the intricacies of largescale hospitality projects like the back of your hand, we want to hear from you. Job Description
- Work within collaborative design teams across to DD stage on highly anticipated, hospitality or mixed use projects internationally.
- Ensure the design standards are both maintained and met.
- Attend design team meetings, leading internal teams and presentations.
- Liaise with the clients, consultants and contractors on projects.
- Guide juniors on design, and technical details when needed.
Key Skills
- RIBA Part III qualified or equivalent, with ideally 4-5 years post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrable experience working on hospitality, and mixed-use projects internationally. Heritage or high-end housing experience is also of interest.
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Strong client relations and communication skills.
- Thrives in fast paced environment, with experience overseeing project deliverables.
- Must either be fluent in Rhino or Revit. Ideally both.
- Holistic experience across the majority of RIBA stages is ideal.
