A critically acclaimed, multi–award-winning design studio with offices across the globe is seeking a talented Project Manager to join its vibrant Central London team. This role will see you working closely with the design team on multiple large-scale, complex projects across the UK, the US, and Europe. A key requirement for this position is strong experience delivering data-centre projects particularly within the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery, leading architects, driving production, and maintaining clear communication between practice leaders and the wider team. You will play a pivotal role in managing processes, safeguarding confidentiality, and keeping complex, high-profile projects running efficiently.

Job Description

  • Project manage across multidisciplinary teams (architecture, landscape, master-planning), working with project leads and senior management
  • Strong focus on financial management, reporting and planning resourcing
  • Prepare and run meetings for design and management team on project progress
  • Assist in producing job cost budgets and project plans, and carry out Q&A across projects
  • Develop and maintain risk register for projects

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing architectural projects, coordinating design teams, and overseeing delivery from concept through completion
  • Experience in using software for project reporting is a desirable skill set
  • Comfortable in reviewing financial reports and forecasting
  • Strong communication style and ability to lead and coordinate between decision makers
  • Previous data-centre experience
  • Ability to both lead multiple people and efficient under pressure
