Renowned for its refined aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail, the studio is currently delivering an ultra-luxury development in the Middle East and is looking to strengthen its multi-discipline design team as the project moves into concept design stage.
The project itself is exceptional in scale and ambition, comprising of luxury hotel suites, branded residences, wellness facilities, restaurants and a range of exclusive wellness amenities. The studio is leading the design of the branded residences and hotel front-of-house experience, creating environments that seamlessly blend luxury hospitality with high-end residential living. From arrival experiences and lobby design through to bespoke residential interiors, this is an opportunity to shape a landmark project that will set new standards within the region.
You would be joining a collaborative team of architects and designers at a pivotal stage, helping to translate an established vision into a fully realised design narrative. The role would suit someone with an exceptional eye for detail, strong design sensibility and the ability to move fluidly between concept generation, visual communication and technical development.
Job Description- Contribute to the design and delivery of an ultra-luxury hospitality and branded residential project in the Middle East.
- Develop interior concepts for hotel front-of-house spaces, branded residences and associated amenity areas.
- Produce high-quality 3D models, design studies and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
- Create mood boards, material palettes and presentation packages to support client engagement.
- Work closely with architects and the wider design team to develop cohesive interior environments.
- Support the progression of the project from concept through schematic design and beyond.
- Assist in the preparation of drawing packages, schedules and design documentation.
- Coordinate bespoke interior elements including joinery, furniture and decorative features.
- Collaborate with specialist consultants and manufacturers as the project evolves.
- Present ideas confidently within internal reviews and client-facing meetings.
- Maintain exceptional design standards across all deliverables within a fast-paced studio environment.
- Degree qualified in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience working on luxury hospitality, branded residential or ultra-high-end residential projects.
- Strong understanding of front-of-house experiences and the relationship between hospitality and residential design.
- Excellent design sensibility, with a refined aesthetic and exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced 3D-modelling capabilities using Rhino, 3ds Max or equivalent visualisation software is essential.
- Experience producing mood boards, CGI imagery and presentation materials to a high standard.
- Proficiency in Revit preferred; AutoCAD and Rhino workflows will also be considered.
- Experience developing drawing packages and coordinating technical information advantageous.
- Knowledge of bespoke joinery, custom furniture and luxury material specifications beneficial.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with demanding clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality while working across multiple project stages.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to work closely across both architecture and interiors teams.
