We have an exciting opportunity for a Spanish speaking HR Generalist to join a trailblazing global design practice based in London. This position will have you work closely with the senior management team providing professional HR guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The role supports the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives to enhance the short and long term requirements of the practice, ensuring that HR interventions are properly embedded. The studio offers flexible working and are expanding internationally!
Job Description
- Assist HR operations to give input to the senior management team to development and implement HR Strategies
- Ensures the integrity of the applicant tracking system by maintaining accurate candidate records, and managing CVs and portfolio samples, while also updating talent acquisition trackers and staffing plans for smooth recruitment operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal clients, lead check-ins and provide proactive updates to ensure alignment and successful hiring processes.
- Source candidates by conducting phone/video screenings, coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Liaise with Global HR managers to drive consistent application of HR processes
- Maintain a knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends to inform the ongoing development of the people strategy, policy and tactics.
- Manage aspects of recruitment lifecycle
Key Skills
- An undergrad degree and a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of HR and talent acquisition best practices, with experience in the AEC industry, design, or professional services considered advantageous.
- Professional fluency in another European language is a plus, enhancing communication and collaboration in multinational settings.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written in English and Spanish
- Experience of recruitment would be beneficial
