Are you an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with experience working in a creative environment? A renowned, award-winning global studio in London is looking for a PA to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract! The role is diverse and include aspects of diary management and admin assistance. The PA plays a key role in creating an optimal environment for outstanding design work. Job Description:
- Efficiently manage the diaries of the Principals/Partners, closely monitoring incoming meeting requests and exercising discretion in gatekeeping when necessary.
- Organize and coordinate meetings for the Principals/Partners, maintaining regular communication with high-level clients and key contacts.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is prepared and available ahead of meetings.
- Take full ownership of the Principal/Partner’s inbox, screening, prioritizing, and taking appropriate action on emails as needed.
- Track and follow up on actions arising from emails.
- Proactively identify and manage travel requirements, securing appropriate travel arrangements in collaboration with the Principal/Partner.
- Compile detailed itineraries for meetings, events, and business trips as required.
- Ensure all necessary visas and travel documentation are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist the admin and communications team with organizing internal and external events at the London studio.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as an EA/PA in a creative environment is highly desirable.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
