A global architecture and design practice is looking for a Senior BIM Specialist to join its London studio, supporting the continued growth of its Aviation sector. You would be joining a globally recognised multidisciplinary practice with expertise spanning aviation, transport, commercial, workplace, education, data centres and mixed-use developments. Working within the London Aviation team, you would play a pivotal role in delivering major international airport and passenger terminal projects while collaborating closely with the wider London studio and the firm's global BIM and Digital Practice teams. This is a standalone role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of BIM strategy across multiple live projects while remaining closely involved in project delivery.

Job Description- Lead across multiple aviation and transportation projects from design through delivery
- Develop BIM Execution Plans, project standards and digital workflows to support consistent project delivery
- Lead project model setup, coordination and quality assurance within Revit
- Monitor model health, BIM compliance and project performance throughout each stage
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and project teams within shared BIM environments
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and project support to architectural and interior design teams
- Work closely with the wider London BIM team, sharing knowledge and supporting digital initiatives across multiple sectors
- Collaborate with the firm's global Digital Practice team to develop BIM standards, templates, workflows and digital tools
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, automation and digital best practice across projects
- Support project teams in resolving complex technical and modelling challenges
- Extensive experience in a senior BIM Coordinator, BIM Specialist or BIM leadership position
- Advanced Revit proficiency with experience leading BIM delivery on complex architectural projects
- Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans, project standards and digital delivery processes
- Experience working within ISO 19650 and Common Data Environment workflows
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and consultants
- Comfortable acting as the BIM lead across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring project teams and supporting BIM capability across a studio
- Experience within aviation, transport or other large-scale complex building sectors would be advantageous, although candidates from other sectors are encouraged to apply
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, Rhino.Inside, Dynamo, Python or computational design tools would be beneficial
