You will be working closely with the global marketing team across multiple large-scale and complex projects within the UK and EMEA. If successful you will be offered flexible working as standard, in a studio with a global outlook yet maintaining its close-knit and familial atmosphere

Job Description

  • Generate PQQs, EOIs, RFPs and multiple other bid documents
  • Collaborate with the design team to craft comprehensive bid and marketing material
  • Evaluate and score existing bid documents critically
  • Expand and maintain the current bid database

Key Skills

  • Prior experience within a bid management and marketing role within architecture is essential.
  • Strong command of verbal and written English, and experience in compiling complex documents and presentations
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Frameworks, Adobe Suite, Photoshop and Microsoft Office packages required
  • Demonstrable experience within bid work for mid to large-scale projects is essential
